It’s a powerful way to raise awareness about human trafficking, and we’d absolutely love to have you join us.

So what IS the Red Sand Project? It’s a beautiful community art installation where we pour red sand into sidewalk cracks. Each tiny grain represents someone who’s fallen through the cracks—the millions of people exploited every day through trafficking and forced labor. It’s simple, but wow, is it powerful.
Don’t worry—we’ll bring all the supplies! Plus, we’ll chat about what human trafficking looks like right here in Stanislaus County and how HAVEN supports survivors. No experience needed, just bring yourself!
Donor Appreciation Event
Our Donor Appreciation Event will be on February 26, 2026, at LoFi, located at 1323 J St. in Modesto. This invitation-only event will start at 5:30. The invitation will be sent via email.
